When this family in Edina MN purchased this home they had the perfect backyard.  Its a nice lot for the being in the city and a great area for the family hangout and watch the kids play.  However, there was an issue.  In order to get to the backyard you had to go through the front door and walk around the house.

We Build the Fun Stuff- worked with the homeowners to draft a deck and with a new patio door out the back of the house. We designed a fully functional gate with latch and lock that helped to keep the pets and kids on the deck. Now this Edina family is able to use and access the backyard after just 1 week of construction. The value of this project will surely bring 100%  return on investment.
